– too much looseness on the gear wheel bearings,
– unscrewing the lock nut of the main bearings.
In the first case, it is enough to replace the individual reduction sets with new ones, or use a new housing. In the second case, howewer, when the bearing lock nut breaks, you will probably need to install the entire new travel reducer. And also install into it the old, original drive engine with a damaged final drive. This solution will allow you to eliminate faults 100%. While maintaining certainty that within a year or two we will not have to repeat the process.
Individual parts can be replaced by a mechanic after consulting the adviser from whom spare parts were purchased. However, if a new gearbox needs to be used and the original engine is shifted, this should be done by a specialized company. Do not open the drive engine without much experience.
