New DOOSAN DX800LC-7 excavator

The Doosan brand has produced a new DX800LC-7 excavator, which it plans to “enter the ring” in September this year. It is the largest excavator model Doosan has presented so far – it weighs as much as 80 tons!

The Doosan DX800LC-7 has a Perkins 2506J diesel engine, which provides high power – 403 kW (548 hp). Of course, the engine complies with the Stage V emissions standard. All thanks to exhaust gas recirculation technology, selective catalytic reduction and a diesel particulate filter. The filter regenerates automatically every 25 hours, and this process does not interfere with the excavator’s operation.

The excavator has the highest hydraulic flow in the 80 ton class – 1008l / minute, as well as high pressure – 343 bar. Applied D-ECOPOWER + technology optimizes performance and fuel consumption, while the closed main control valve minimizes pressure losses. The electric pump efficiently manages engine power while optimizing it. Doosan DX800LC-7 has two modes – Boom and Swing. The excavator operator can freely switch between them, giving priority to one of them – this allows the machine to be properly adapted to the task at hand.

The DX800LC-7 also has an ETP electric fuel pump. To start simply refueling, the operator presses the switch.

The extraordinary comfort of the Doosan DX800LC-7

The manufacturer paid a lot of attention to the comfort and safety of the operator. A spacious cabin, ergonomic controls, high-quality seat, better sealed engine compartment – these are some of the many convinienties that this model has. Moreover, the excavator has LED work lamps that provide better illumination around up to 75%. This increases work efficiency at dusk and ensures greater safety. Reliability and durability of the machine are ensured by track guards, boom and arm cylinders, and an automatic lubrication system. The Doosan DX800LC-7 is also easy to maintain.

Doosan DX800LC-7 is an excavator that will work primarily in mining and mines. As well as large construction and infrastructure projects.
